Terms & condition!
The Renter hereby agrees that he / she shall be held fully responsible for the first $1000.00 deductible in case of accident. The Renter also agrees that only the vehicle is covered under insurance and the driver or passengers are not covered. The Renter also agrees that personal belongings and other items left in the vehicle at any time are not covered.
The Renter may be asked to make a deposit of $100.00. Booking Fee of 20 % of the cost of the trip , any deposit made will be used, in the event of loss of or damage to the vehicle or equipment during the term of this Car Rental Agreement, to defray fully or partially the cost of necessary repairs or replacement.
In the absence of damage or loss, said deposit shall be credited toward payment of the Rental Rate and any excess shall be returned to the Renter.
Renter’s responsibility for all lost car keys and / or a lockout situation.
Failure to fill the tank at the prescribed level will result in an additional penalty charge of $10.00 per Gallon gasoline. Car should be returned clean (no garbage).
If returned dirty $30 fee will be charged for cleaning.
The Renter states that he / she is physically and legally qualified to operate the above-described vehicle. The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire.
The Renter hereby agrees to return the above-described vehicle to the pick up location later than 30 Minutes of will be charge a late fee.
The rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior or cab of the vehicle.
The rented vehicle shall not be used to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written permission of the Owner.
The rented vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition.
The rented vehicle shall not be used for any illegal purpose.
The Renter shall not operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
The rented vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the Renter/Renters stipulated in above contract without the written permission of the Owner. If Renter allows any other driver under the age of 21 years old to drive the rented vehicle, the Renter will be fully responsible for all expenses relating to the rental car and any other Vehicle involve in any type of accident.
The Renter hereby agrees to return the above-described vehicle to the pick up location on or before the specify time and date of return, any vehicle that is returned later than 30 Minutes of will be charge a late fee at a daily rate plus taxes.
Only the person(s) that are listed on this Car Rental Agreement and above the age of twenty ¬one may drive this vehicle. The above mentioned Car Renter is hereby responsible for all collision damage to the vehicle regardless if someone else is at fault or the cause is not known.
The Car Renter is fully responsible for the cost of any repair up to the value of the vehicle.
The Car Renter’s Insurance may cover all or only part of the financial liability for the rented vehicle. Car Renter should check with their insurance company regarding their coverage and what they are and are not liable for. If there is no breach of this contract the Car Renter and any authorized driver is provided liability insurance and is limited to the minimum financial responsibility as required by state law.
Liability Insurance will only be in excess over any and all additional collectible insurance. The above mentioned Car Renter hereby waives all uninsured and underinsured motorists, no fault and any other optional additional coverage. If such additional coverage cannot be waived or excluded then the Car Renter agrees that such coverage will be limited to only the minimum state requirements.
The Car Renter is hereby bound by the terms and conditions of this Car Rental Agreement.
Where it is permitted by law the Car Renter hereby authorizes us to process their credit card information in their name for all Car Rental charges, including the full vehicle value of any vehicle that is not returned to the Car Rental Company, all fines, towing, any court costs, penalties, and or administrative fees that we may incur for parking, traffic and or other violations that may be incurred by the Car Renter during the Car Rental term period as stated above and to apply any payments made to the charges in whatever order that the Car Rental Company sees as necessary.
